We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our data, however you must ensure you check all details at the time of booking, and not rely solely on the information contained on any website ran by King World Travel.

Payment, Receipts, Amendments and Cancellations
We act as a retail agent for ATOL Holders. All holidays are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the tour operators booking conditions. These booking conditions can be found in the individual tour operators literature.
King World Travel is also a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) and is fully bonded.
All flights are subject to change of schedules. Charter flights may be changed by up to twelve hours, and occasionally more.
All outstanding balances for your holiday are due to be paid to us at least twelve weeks before date of departure. You can pay your balance by sending cheques, payable to King World Travel to the following address:
King World Travel 12 Sandgate Ayr KA7 1BH
It would help us if you could copy the holiday reference number onto the back of any cheques. Alternatively you can visit our contact page and contact your local branch to arrange for payment by credit/debit card.
As the Company are offering me credit, if I breach this Agreement, I consent to the Company obtaining a credit search against me.
Once the holiday is booked the Company shall pay the Operator or supplier the deposit as shown in their booking conditions. In the event that the Balance remains unpaid at the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the holiday and you and every member of your party are liable to pay the Company an administration charge of 15% of the total charge of your travel arrangements.
You are advised that any amendments made to your booking will incur administration charges from the supplier(s). Fees vary depending on supplier. You will be notified of the exact charges at the time of amendment. We are unable to accept any verbal requests for changes or cancellations, this must be made in writing by post, fax or e-mail. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt, and our email addresses are heavily spam and virus filtered, therefore you must confirm all changes to us by telephone. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation of any changes to your booking prior to travel. If additional persons are added to your booking this is done on the understanding that they understand and accept all booking terms and conditions.
Cancellation of your booking will incur a fee from the supplier. This may differ from the deposit paid and will be dependent on the proximity of the cancellation date to the date of departure. Any difference between the cancellation fee and the deposit paid will be payable in full with immediate effect. In the event of non-payment, legal action will be taken to recover all monies due, plus associated legal costs. If we are booking a flight(s) on your behalf with an airline which is described as a 'low cost carrier', you should note that such carriers are normally quite inflexible once a booking has been made and changes or cancellation requested. They will invariably charge for any amendments and levy 'severe' cancellation charges. When we book a flight with a 'low cost carrier' on your behalf, you are agreeing to that low cost carriers’ booking conditions which are available on their website.
Which items are included in the cost of an all inclusive holiday does vary depending upon tour operator, resort and hotel. For exact details of what is included then please contact your local branch.
King World Travel issue its own booking documents for your reference. It is your responsibility to check all documentation thoroughly and advise us of any errors immediately. Confirmation of your booking may also be forwarded from the supplier. You are reminded that where your trip is made up of separate components from more than one supplier, these costs may be shown together for summary purposes and may include booking fees, administrative costs and charges, including commissions due to King World Travel. The total price shown will be the same as your original quotation.
The forwarding of special requests including those of a customer with special needs does not constitute a guarantee that the tour operator, supplier or carrier can meet these.
If you have booked near the departure date then tickets cannot be sent out to you by post. Instead they can be collected from the appropriate tour operator's ticket desk at the airport. Charges for tickets on departure varies depending upon the tour operator. You will need the tour operator's booking reference as stated on the receipt or given to you when you book.
All accommodation ratings including any star ratings are the Tour Operator's or supplier's own. They may differ from the accommodation's official rating.
Tickets are normally despatched 10 days before date of departure. If you do not receive your tickets 7 days before date of departure please contact your local branch.
All the times shown on our websites are based on the 24 hour clock and are local. Times 00.01 to 12.00 are AM (morning). Times 12.01 to 24.00 are PM (afternoon).
The age of children relates to the whole of the period when they are away including the day of return.
